The Aromatherapy Bath
An aromatherapy bath will delightfully pamper and affect you through two of the most powerful sensory organs - the skin and the nose.
In the aromatherapy bath the ingredients are:
- Lavender - Soothing and promotes a sound sleep
- Chamomile (Roman) - Calming and relaxing
- Rosemary - stimulating and clearing the mind
- Marjoram - easing the muscular pain
Following are a few suggested aromatherapy baths to try:
- The Aromatherapy Cream Bath:
The contents for the bath are :
- Add 5 drops of lavender
- Add 5 drops of chamomile to 1 cup of cream
- Pour into a tub of warm water as the tub is filling.
- The Aromatherapy Wake-up Bath :
The contents for the bath are:
- 5 drops of rosemary
- 3 drops of peppermint
- 3 drops of spruce
- Add to 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Pour into a tub of water
- Stir well
- The Aromatherapy Bath for Hot Days :
The contents for the bath are:
- 5 drops of eucalyptus
- 2 drops of peppermint
- 2 drops of lemon
- 2 drops of orange
- Add to 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Pour into a tub of water
- Stir well
- The Aromatherapy Bath for Romance :
The contents for the bath are:
- 5 drops of ylang ylang
- 2 drops of sndalwood
- 2 drops of lavender
- 1 drop of nutmeg
- Add to 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Pour into a tub of warm water
- Stir well
